I just watched a quick video of a talk given by a gentleman named Richard Pimentel. The gist (paraphrased): Leadership is not about getting others to believe in you. Rather, it is about inspiring others to believe in themselves. This week consider someone you believe in. How can you inspire them to believe more in the greatness that lies within? Is it a team member, client, peer, family member, friend? This is your privilege as a leader and a human being. What will you do with it?
…..Through Leadership
