As CEO of the Craigen Group, I am the curator of the quality and delivery of all our products and services to include assessments, executive coaching, consultation, workshop design and facilitation services focused in the areas of Leader and Organizational transformation, Culture Change and Relationship Mastery.
Once a corporate HR leader, I made the leap to entrepreneurship 25 years ago with a deep desire for serving others in experiencing their greatest potential.
My passion for leader and culture development and transformation began at a young age with business conversations around the dinner table. Listening to my dad, a senior executive at a consumer products giant, talk about his day, the situations and experiences he would navigate and the people he would develop was fascinating to me. It was the well-being of the people in corporate settings that grabbed both my heart and my head.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
After a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Industrial Relations I felt ready to conquer the world. Working for a subsidiary of Nestle right out of grad school affirmed what I already knew corporate life in HR. It was definitely NOT all about the soft stuff regardless of the dominant thinking at the time. Within my first year, the organization I was working with decided to close 80% of their manufacturing facilities. It was up to me to support this from the HR side. Talk about trial by fire. This experience further deepened my sense of commitment to people. It is how we lead in tough times that says more about who we are as leaders than how we lead in the good times. And God knows, with the pace of change, many organizations and leaders find themselves in challenging times and situations.
I have had the privilege of doing what I love to do and work successfully with a diverse professional portfolio ranging from Fortune 100 C-suite executives to not-for-profit boards, emerging leaders and entrepreneurial initiatives. Clients include Hilton, Abbvie, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, Compass Group and several government agencies to name a few.
